• Initial Consultation - $234.24
  (60 minute 1:1 session + 30 minutes non-face-to-face* time, Total 1.5 hours)

• 1 hour Session - $156.16
  (60 minute 1:1 music therapy session) + 30 minutes NF2F* = $234.24 Total

• Standard Session - $117.12
  (45 minute 1:1 music therapy session) + 30 minutes NF2F* = $195.20 in Total

• Short Session $78.08
  (30 minute 1:1 music therapy session) + 30 minutes NF2F* = $156.16 in Total

• Non-Face-to-Face (NF2F) Support Provision* - $78.08/30mins
  (non-contact time required to conduct music therapy session, includes session preparation, session notes, planning, writing and reviewing goals, creating individualised resources).  This support is added to all session fees. 
   

• Reports - $156.16/hour
  (For Letters of Recommendation, Progress Reports, Funding Review Reports, on request, with minimum 1 month's notice. Fee dependent on time required to complete)

• Provider Travel (Labour Costs - time) - $78.08/hour
  (Provider travel incurred when travel >30 minutes, in MMM1-3 areas capped at 30 minutes, and in MMM4-5 areas capped at 60 minutes)

• Provider Travel (Non-Labour Costs - kms) - $0.99/km
  (Charged when Provider travel >30 minutes, based on no. of kms incurred for return travel to location of support)

• Telehealth Sessions
  (Online, via Zoom.  Charged at same rates as above)

 

NDIS Funded participants (Plan-managed and Self-managed) can access our Music Therapy Services using their Capacity Building - Improved Daily Living funding for Therapy Supports or Early Childhood Intervention Supports under the following line items - 
15_615_0128_1_3 Assessment Recommendation Therapy or Training - Music Therapist (9yrs +)
15_615_0118_1_3 Early Childhood Intervention Professional – Music Therapist (under 9yrs)

Non-funded participants welcome.
